Hoboken St. Patrick's Parade

Parade Route is on Washington Street heading south
starting from 14th Street
Countdown to St. Pat's Parade
This year marks the 24th anniversary of the
Hoboken St. Patrick's Parade.
The parade begins around 1pm on Washington St. at the corner of 14th St. south
to Washington and 1st St. Hoboken will be visited by thousands of people from
the surrounding Tri-state area looking to enjoy parade day. The local bars &
pubs will be open early. If you don't want to wait in a line, we strongly
encourage you to be there early. The bars are at full occupancy by 11am, and
remain so well into the evening. Be prepared to wait in lines!
Local Hoboken residents and the City government have expressed their
concerns in years past about the incidents which occur on
parade day. In recent years they have taken actions to curb the celebrations.
In 2009, over 400 people received tickets for open beverage, public
intoxication, etc, these tickets carried fines of $1000 each. This
year the City will be enforcing a zero tolerance with "House Parties", a task
force will be patrolling to ensure that they remain under control. We
ask all that participate in the Parade Day celebration do so responsibly. Have
